Moving forward ....

The campaign has taken a significant step forward with the opportunity to present the case for reinstatement to the Mayor of Hull and East Riding Combined Authority, Luke Campbell.

Luke has formally backed the proposal to rebuild the railway connecting Hull, via Beverley, with York. In our bid to obtain funding for an outline business case we will work in partnership with our consultants, AECOM, to present the case that the railway would improve prospects for economic opportunities and investment, for housing, and for reductions in our carbon footprint.
